God taught me a lesson today

"Trust, Obey and He will Provide"

This might sound really funny. In fact, it is really fun and gave me so much joy. =D

I was thinking not to go to the corporate prayer meeting tonight. In fact, I was already planning not going since last week. Because the meeting is at 5:30pm and usually ends at 6:30pm. By then, there would not be any buses available anymore for me to go home.

So, usually, I would have to look around asking for ride.
It is not that people not willing to fetch me home. I am very sure that there will be rides for me if I ask. But somehow, sometimes I just feel really tired of asking people for rides because I don't like to trouble others. Even though they said they don't mind (and I know they really mean it!), stillllllll...........

Alright. Enough of background story....

So, yeap, after finished my lab, I was waiting for bus to go home at the bus stop, not thinking about the corporate prayer meeting.

And then, there were two guys standing next to me talking to each other.
I don't know what exactly are they talking about. All I can hear is "Jesus" and "that's what the bible say...."

So... hmm... weird...........

I was like, "Ok God, is that a sign from You? Do You want me to be at that prayer meeting? But how am I going home after that?"

I was stunned there for about 5 minutes. Still waiting for my bus.

"Alright God. Whatever. You win."

So I turned, and walked to the building where the meeting is going to held.

And I found out that the staff are going to have their meeting (sort of) after the corporate prayer. So Jordan said she can send me home after her meeting if I can wait. Well, of course I can, as long as I have a ride home right?

Later, guess who came??????????

I am surprised to see him there because I never see him at the corporate prayer (I mean, the last few times I went). So he was like, "Hey yea... I can send you home after this."

Hahaha... Isn't God amazing?
Woooshhhhhhhhh..... I cannot stop laughing thinking about it.........
So happy! XD

And I believe that we really have to trust and obey Him even when we don't feel like doing. Because He sure has His plan for us. And sometimes, we laid back because of the possible circumstances (in my case, a ride home) that we might have if we do something (like following His words).

But, trust Him and surely He will provide =)
