I woke up early today. Yesh~ How early?

Actually, I din sleep well again last night...
I duno why these few nights keep like this... I will wake up suddenly in the night and then stare at the wall. Oh ya! The light in my room "rosak" edy... So it's actually kinda dark and spooky.
No light... So I cannot read book in my room. I have to go downstair to read if I want.... And that's certainly not a good idea. So, I just sit on my bed, stare at the wall with my *big* eyes then tired and fall asleep again...
Weird huh?
By the way, why do I woke up so early today?

I read an article about chocolate today. As usual, I wana share with you here.
I am sure that everyone loves chocolate! Don't you?
But, the girls always afraid to eat too much chocolate because they scare they will get FAT!
Hey! Actually, chocolate is good and won't get you fat.
Let me explain to you.
1. Chocolate won't get you fat my dear!
Actually, many people have misunderstanding towards chocolate. They blame chocolate for the fat they get. Hey! Stop blaming the holy chocolate now! Scientists have found out that actually the calory in chocolate is very low, among the lowest compared to other junk food!
2. Chocolate won't cause tooth decay.
Another mistake! Recent researches have found out that chocolate is not the threat to healthy teeth that it was once thought to be. In fact, researchers at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York, have found out that milk chocolate is one of the snacks that is least likely to cause tooth decay, since it contains calcium, phosphate and other minerals.
3. Chocolate can relieve your anxiety!!
Japanese researchers have concluded that chocolate contains a neurotransmitter, serotonin, that acts as an anti-depressant. Apart from that, this mineral can boost up our immune system and strengthen our memory. Hence, chocolate is certainly a good choice whenever we feel down or depressed.
4. Chocolate contain many other minerals. *The advantageous one*
Besides carbohydrates, protein and of course, fat!!!, chocolate does contain a number of nutrients. High in potassium and magnesium, chocolate also provides us with several vitamins - including B1, B2, D, and E. Phenols and catechins in it can even protect our bodies from the risk of coronary and cardiovascular disease!
5. Eating chocolate can relieve menstrual pain!
And yea! Chocolate comes to the rescue whenever I have menstrual pain. There is a natural opiate, endorphins that are released by the brain in increased anounts when eating chocolate that can actually reduce pain. Thus,
TIPS FOR THE GIRLS: EAT CHOCOLATE WHEN YOU HAVE MENSTRUAL PAIN!
*I don't know the case for "estrual pain" though*

Emm, I did something about chocolate in the 1st sem 4 my campaign project. Frm research done, I found out that not all the chocolates serve the functions u mention, certainly not some cheap cheap chocolates with no guarantee. lol
